Welcome to our stunning 3300 square foot home in the heart of the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Music City.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open floor plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

The four spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en- suite bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

One of the highlights of this home is the large bonus room upstairs, perfect for watching movies, playing games or just hanging out with family and friends. The house is special and the location is even better. We had a group of 10 friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. A short walk to 12 South area and a short drive to Broadway. The house was bigger than we expected and the layout is perfectly private for big groups. We loved this place!

Cute home in the middle of town

We celebrated my daughter's birthday and this gorgeous home had everything we needed. The two floors having living spaces and bedrooms was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville sites. I would stay here again.

Felt like home

Family reunion stay

The house worked perfectly for our extended family of 8. A bit tricky to enter for our less mobile members but once inside we were very comfortable. A short walk to the 12South neighborhood. Only a couple miles to downtown and all the attractions there. Great experience and Thanks! for a memorable trip to Nashville.

Girls weekend in 12 South

Excellent Property

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The main floor and kitchen area is large and made for larger groups. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to hang out and visit. Each bedroom and bathroom were large and well decorated. The house is in a perfect and nice neighborhood. We walked the 12 South area everyday. Highly recommended this property

A beautiful spot

We were a group of 4 couples and enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was just perfect for the 8 of us. We Ubered easily to any location and found the neighbourhood safe and quiet. We would certainly recommend to anyone coming to Nashville:)

Excellent location for Belmont access

This house has it all - a great room with plenty of space, bedrooms with their own baths and easy access to 12 South and Belmont. Clean, comfortable and excellent communication by the host. Highly recommend!

Twins 25th Bash in Nash

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids, son in law and as of this trip our future son in law. We came to celebrate our twins 25th birthday with several other family members. And as it turned out the birthday girl got engaged! The house was beautiful, clean, in a great location near 12th and perfect for our stay. Peter, the owner, was great with communication. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in fantastic 12 South neighborhood!!

The location of this house could not have been better for our family visit to Nashville! Tucked away in a neighborhood just steps away from 12 South and tons of great restaurants and shops, we walked everyday to great places to eat and explore. The house itself was fantastic too! It had a great layout with the extra living room upstairs and beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. Absolutely recommend to families to stay here!

College visits and Easter getaway

Perfect location to tour Belmont and Vanderbilt and for enjoying the 12 South neighborhood. House is very large and we had plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the backyard and screened in porch. My only complaint is that it gets quite hot on the second floor and we could never get the upstairs AC to cool it off. Zero issues with the first floor. AC and temp was perfect.

Loved our stay at the Walk to . . . Home in the 12 South, Nashville area. Great neighborhood 15 min drive from BNA, walking distance to nice shops and restaurants, close to Publix grocery. Peter (host) was easily accessible by text and email for our few questions. Nice bed linens, towels, washer/dryer, small yard with big trees, screened in back patio, all very pleasant.

Nashville Getaway

This house was fantastic! Plenty of room for a family of 6 to spread out and be comfortable. The location can’t be beat. 12 South neighborhood with its shops and eats is right up the street and around the corner. A fun way to spend a Saturday morning. Downtown was a simple 10 minute Uber ride away. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nashville Getaway.
