Spent a weekend with my daughter (19) my sister, her boys (19 and 17), and his girlfriend (17). The place was a good distance from downtown for family but close enough to walk. We had a great time. The street parking was not hard to accommodate our 1 vehicle. I would stay again.
This was a great place for us (two couples)! Wish it was a little closer to downtown but easy access for uber and walking. The unit could use some paint but it seemed well kept. Could also use a deep clean…lots of marks on the walls etc. The furnishings were great for the space and we had everything we needed. We loved the garage door and the view!
I previously asked if there would have been enough towels for 7 guests, was told yes, and there was only 6 provided so one of our guests was using a hand towel for the duration of the trip
We had amazing time and this property was exactly as listed. Loved the layout and that living room door was amazing. Any questions we had we got a response immediately. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Visiting Nashville with our daughters. Within walking distance to great coffee shop Crema just down the street. Also walked from condo to sites around downtown.
Condo was great! Nice set up for multiple guests. Garage door was really cool. Kept it open a lot for fresh air.Not much in the area unless you’re okay walking 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. However, location is close to downtown strip. About 5 minute Uber ride to attractions and less than a 10 minute ride to The Gulch. 15-20 minute walk to downtown.Great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again when back in Nashville.

Beds had been made, but sheets and blankets not cleaned. Dirty rugs and floors. It was pretty bad.
The condo was very nice. We had difficulty getting into the building. The building code that was provided to me was missing the # at the end of it ( I was only given 6 digits and that did not work….after many tries, we pushed the # at the end and it worked). The instructions for taking out the garbage were not clear. It appeared that we needed a key for the compactor unit outside
We were there for 2 days. When we go home the second night all our food on the counters were covered in ants. The packages were sealed by the ants were everywhere so we had to throw out everything. When we contacted the management company they said they would send someone in the morning to look at the problem. Well we checked out at 10 am and I got an apology a couple hours by email. You would think for close to 400 a night you wouldn’t have to worry about pest problems. There are plenty of other places to stay for your money
After many good experiences with VRBO, this property was infested with insects, moldy tile in shower, broken fixtures, damaged walls in need of paint, stained carpets and couch, disconnected smoke detector, and minimally equipped kitchen for 4 people ( 3 wine glasses) featuring the cheapest utensils you can imagine. Had we have had any alternative , we would have moved. This a corporately owned property (Grand National) and it was impossible to speak to an actual host. My texts received irrelevant AI generated responses. The listing, in our case, completely misrepresented the property, the one exception being the excellent location to downtown Nashville. Grand National has a much deserved reputation for poor property maintenance and service. VRBO needs to more effectively monitor its client's properties-plain and simple. WE deserved better than we got.
