We really can't rate the Cosy Cottage highly enough. Great little place with absolutely everything you need for your stay - snacks, water and coffee pods a great bonus. Very comfortable beds Quiet location, 10 minute drive from downtown Excellent communication from booking to checking out

The cottage was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and water when we arrived and very conveniently located to all the places we went in Nashville.

My stay here was perfect! I wanted to stay on vintage row in Nashville for a girls trip, and this was the perfect location! There’s a cute coffee shop that you can walk to from the VRBO. Location was perfect, and the cottage was so cute and great for a small group. Cottage was clean and the host was very communicative during our stay. (They even left some yummy snacks for us to eat, which was the best surprise!) I 100000% recommend staying at this property.

Summer Fun Getaway

My friend and I took a long weekend for some Nashville fun and we absolutely LOVED the Cozy Cottage! Super cute decor, comfortable beds, great location, great communication with the host, and just perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay again…already looking forward to our next trip!

Cute, clean little house, great East Nashville location close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to downtown. Loved the coffee bar. We were out and about both days there so didn’t use the kitchen much, but it’s got everything you need. The beds were comfy, but really tall—a consideration for anyone with small children or mobility issues. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cozy Cottage

We loved getting to stay here for our Metallica weekend in Nashville. The bed was comfy (we only used one), and the house is clearly well kept. It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again!!

Perfect Location & Amenities

Incredibly clean & well maintained older property with all of the necessary comforts. Local area has many options for food and close enough for our weekend of concerts downtown. Host was courteous & easy to work with. We have this one bookmarked for future visits!
