Location was convenient to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Publix within walking distance as well as Hattie B's (which we recommend) and a great little coffee shop. We very much enjoyed our stay! House was beautiful, clean, and communication with Megan was easy. With the 5 beds (and sofa bed we did not use) we were able to sleep 7 girls very comfortable with a few of them sharing a bed. 3 nice sized bathrooms made getting ready easy and ample room for us to hang out in the living room. About a 10 minute walk to 12 South area and there’s a couple options within a few minute walk for coffee, breakfast and lunch options and there’s a Publix near by! Highly recommend. ##### Rebecca L. This property was beautiful, clean and a GREAT location. So close to the gulch and downtown. Hattie B’s right around the corner! The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Bad luck be careful House was great everything was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. Our only down fall for the weekend was getting robbed... They came into the house went through our stuff and took some personal items, also the Keys to our car and then stole the vehicle while two of our guys were asleep in the house. No access to the cameras on the property was granted to us for the police. Nice house, with nice hosts... Just make sure you are locked up tight and don't leave anything of value in your car or plan site of the windows. ##### Ryan C.
