"To be honest, If the rates were $400-500 a night it would be a 9 - but at $700 per night I can only rate it a 7. Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. The room we had was clean and tidy, but lacklustre and needed new carpet and a freshen of the balcony. There were spiderwebs on the balcony and walkways, a couple of cockroaches in our room, the blanket on the bed was old and fraying, the spa in our room was not cleaned each day, and the seafood we had at the restaurant was overcooked. Everything, including staff, was pleasant, but nothing was outstanding - overall a pretty average stay."

The only thing better is Christine!! Thank you for being so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our too-short stay and very much look forward to returning. If you want to stay somewhere, stay here!"
