I sent a message and then they replied that the check in was until 18:00 and they said that they sent a message talking about the check in time. the message was sent at 20:03 talking about the time limit to check in, which was until 18:00. they said they were not going to return the money to me because they sent the message about the check in deadline. sorry but the check in time limit has to be notified before I make the payment and not after the time limit. I checked my email and received an email from Orbitz that informed me that check in was after 2:30 pm and there is no time limit for check in. the mistake was for the top floor not to inform the correct times for the maximum time to check in and so I ask for the refund of my money for the service not provided due to lack of information on the top floor before making the payment for the reservation. I tried to talk to them to reimburse me so that I wouldn't come to notify Orbitz and end up harming them by the negative evaluation, but they don't want to return the money and even said that I was threatening them because I said I would notify Orbitz if they didn't return the money. money.
