Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is an aparment complex in the center of inner city. The owner has an apartment on the 3rd floor they have converted to 4 private rooms within. The building was not nice, very run down. The elevator was very small 2 people with 1 suitcase each would not let the door close, and cost a 10 cent coin to use every time. We did not feel safe in the elevator so we chose the many flights of stairs everyday. The location was very dirty and loud. The balcony view was not the actual view on the webside. It looked down upon very run down trashed courtyard. We did not sit out there. Our actual room was very clean and had a nice bathroom. The small coffee/snack bar was not well stocked for the rented rooms. Our room was NOT sound proof as the website says. We heard loud music and DJ deep into the night. The woman that checked us in was nice and did help us with setting up a taxi ride the morning we were to leave very early. That i did appreciate much. I acknowledge some of the issues were out of their control, such as elevator and loud music and ghetto area around the building. I would not stay here again.
