From where the taxi dropped us off we had to walk down a step cobblestone alleyway with our luggage and then get our bags down a step stairway at the property's entrance. It is a recently renovated nunnery and while clean, it isn't fancy at all. My stay inside the hotel is nice and great. However, its so hard to go to hotel, from metro station, you need to walk 18 minutes to reach the place, not only that, its stairs going up the hill, i felt unsafe in the residential area especially im solo traveller with my heavy suitcase. Good thing Ather (one of the receptionists) helped me with my suitcase when going down the hill the next morning as its really struggle around the area. Hotel is a terrible hidden location, staff not interested in helping out, the shower so small that you can barley move,anyone bigger than sieze 18 or pregnant will not be able to get into cubicle. Room was basic, only one socket so I had to choose if I'm charging my phone or cooling the water in the small fridge. Had few questions about Naples/ hotel etc the guy at the reception was playing a game on the computer with headphones on..absolutely not interested in helping me felt like I was bothering him asking basic questions.I arrived in the evening and local shops were closed,was charged 2.5 euro for small bottle of water at the hotel! Its 0.35 in any shop. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
