Great apartment but take ear plugs.

Good central location for the old town, lovely room and comfy bed. Lift up to the 6th floor. Shared kitchen facilities worked well. Take ear plugs - We stayed there on 2 separate occasions and both nights we were woken by noisy people in the room next door. The doors are quite noisy banging and we could hear their conversations well into the early hours, even when asked to be quiet. We were also charged just to drop our bags off before check in - no other hotel or apartment we stayed at did this.

Enjoyed the property. Elevator needs to have a better mechanism to automatically close the doors. Many times during our stay Elevator users would not close the doors properly when disembarking, so when someone else on a different level tried to call the elevator it would not respond. As a result you would have to use the staircase which became quite annoying.

La chambre est très belle, propre et assez grande. L’hôte n’est pas sur place mais très disponible avec Wapps. L’emplacement est bien. C’est près de la Spaccanapoli. Les chambres sont au 6e étage. Ce n’est pas bruyant du tout. Malheureusement, l’air climatisé ne suffit pas en ces temps de canicule. La femme de ménage l’éteint en journée, ce qui rend la pièce très chaude. La cuisine collective permet de se faire un bon café. Le petit petit déjeuner est servi au bar près de l’hôtel. Il s’agit d’un simple jus et croissant.

Great location and AMAZING customer service…bed is too hard for my liking and air conditioning never really got the room cool enough for me. Kind of frustrating but over all it was a great area and real easy to do things. Lots of really good food all around!

Had to call a number to be able to access the property for the first time (I was trying to avoid using my phone off of wifi). I wouldn’t describe this as a “hotel” though. There were no staff or lobby or anything. Room was clean and modern with a mini fridge. Host communicated by WhatsApp and was helpful. I didn’t love Naples in general, but the actual place was nice if you do visit. The included breakfast is just a drink and pastry at cafe Bruno which is just outside the entrance of the building
