We were very lucky to be able to check in early, and we were given a bigger room than originally booked. The place is three en-suite rooms on thr first floor of an apartment block. The beds were super comfortable. So if you want a no frills comfortable stay in the centre of Naples this is your place The area was really central to all the great places Naples has to offer.

You could hear every noise outside the room but other than that the room was clean and everything worked. Close to main streets and stores. Easy to get in contact with property owner.

Overall, this property is good value for money, communication before the stay was concise and the instructions were really easy. You have everything you need in the room, a kettle, fridge and little shower things too so you don’t need to bring shampoo etc. One thing to note, the property does have aircon and storage facilities but this isn’t included in the price (it’s additional). We were quoted £5 per day for the aircon, and £5 for luggage storage. There was also a cash fee for the tourist tax required (so make sure to have cash to pay this).

The property is well maintained. It’s very clean and the host is very helpful. It’s in the center of the city so it’s close to everything . I feel safe and comfortable I definitely recommend this place to my friends. And definitely come back. If you are looking to experience authentic Napoli, Mascalzone Latino is the place to stay. By the way, the host is amazing. She makes you feel at home. Ask her she will help you

Great place to stay for a short-term in Naples. The room is very clean and the shower is nice! Bed was very comfortable as well and our room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like about this place was the extra charges - we had to pay extra per night for AC (around 2.50 euro per night) and a water bottle (1 euro). This was the only hotel that charged us extra for AC when we travelled throughout northern and southern Italy. The staff was friendly but not always around unfortunately but thankfully she provided her WhatsApp although she had a tough time speaking english - google translate helped! Location wise we were not a fan as it is far from the station and can be a long walk to main areas in Naples (i.e. Ovo castle, Spaccanapoli etc.). I would also be careful at night - not the safest if travelling alone!

I referti della struttura sono disponibili tramite whatsapp a rispondere ai dubbi/richieste.Camera silenziosa, ma si potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia in generale.A meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Via Toledo. A 3 minuti un bar, IT'S, spettacolare. Nel complesso una buona struttura, per una toccata e fuga.

Fantastische Lage! Hohe Sauberkeit!

Für süditalienischen Standard ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Zimmer mit einem kleinen Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war ständig zu erreichen. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren, denn die Lage ist äußerst zentral und dennoch in etwas ruhigerer Umgebung. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren.

Affittacamere in zona Stazione Metro Università raggiungibile a pochi passi, a meno di 10 minuti da via Toledo e via dei Tribunali. Zona tranquilla anche di sera. Camera pulita, ma con alcuni dettagli da migliorare: doccia con tenda ingiallita, presenza di abbondante calcare nella zona lavandino e nella doccia, presenza di silicone staccato, materasso estremamente sottile e probabilmente usurato (lateralmente era in discesa), letto molto rumoroso e cigolante. Aria condizionata a pagamento (5€/giorno) non comunicato al momento della prenotazione tramite portale (Expedia). Host gentile e disponibile anche nel deposito bagagli dopo il check out. Consegna della camera al check in con circa 2 ore di anticipo rispetto al preventivato.

Punto di forza del b&b è la posizione strategica, in quanto vicina al centro e alla fermata della metro (universita). Abbiamo soggiornato 4 persone, di cui 2 bambini e anche la sera potevamo muoverci tranquillamente dal b&b al centro di Napoli (via Toledo), dove si trovano negozi e vari ristorantini. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, a prima impatto non è bellissimo in quanto entri in un androne non molto accogliente ma entrati nel corridoio del b&b devo dire molto carino. La stanza arredata con gusto, l'unica cosa che migliorerei è il bagno. Tutto sommato come qualità prezzo devo dire molto buono. La signora delle pulizie è stata sin da subito gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Good Points - Great Location, central to Old Town Bad Points - Very overpriced at £80.00 per night - There are 3 rooms in total and the room we were allocated had no natural daylight and was quite small with one bedside table as no room for two and a bedside lamp which gave out absolutely no light what so ever, so you have to have the main big light on. We like to have a couple of hours rest in the afternoons when touring and had to have the lights on in order to read. Felt very claustrophobic. Check in was interesting, we were told that we would be met at 18:00, come 18:20 we call her and are told that her husband is stuck in traffic and wont get there so check in was by whats app, we were then asked to send pictures of our passports which we were not comfortable with. Overall not a very good experience.
