communication with the hotel was bad through the Expedia link, didn't get responses. Better to use the hotel email address. After arriving at Le Mummarelle 20 to check in we were told to go down the street to 76. ??? But the hotel staff helped with our bags and walked us there. The room was clean and pretty quitet for being right in the city. The bed was comfortable and room AC was welcome

We had a great time in santa lucia. We only did not like that we had to pay 20 euro for late check in. We were half an our later(19.30) than we told the host we would arrive because of the traffic so bussy. We tried to let the ( friendly) host know by telephone but he did not take up the phone.

Una bella sorpresa trovare un B&B completamente e finemente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto, pulito, confortevole, tranquillo. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura due passi da Castel dell'Ovo, da Castel Nuovo, da piazza del Plebiscito, dal teatro S. Carlo e da via Toledo. L'unica pecca è costituita dalla stazione della metropolitana non vicinissima (circa un chilometro). Nel complesso, non si può che dare un giudizio molto positivo. Se dovessi ritornare a Napoli, cercherei di prenotare ancora al Santalucia20

B&B molto bello

La struttura è molto vicina a Piazza Plebiscito e al lungo mare, quindi una posizione abbastanza centrale, forse solo un po lontana dal centro storico, ma raggiungibile abbastanza agevolmente. La camera è molto bella e molto ben arredata, dotata di tutti i confort, bollitore per infusi, macchina per espresso, frigo e Tv, tutto molto nuovo.Personale molto affabile ed attento.
