周りが工事中で歩きにくい所はあったけど、どこに行くのも便利 オーナーさんも親切で、コーヒー等たくさん準備してあって快適でした。 またナポリに行ったら滞在したい。 鍵の種類が多くて持ち歩くのが少し面倒

#### Perfekt ställe i Neapel

Ett perfekt ställe att bo på i Neapel. Enkelt, men man har allt man behöver och lite till. Giancarlo var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam vid incheckning och hade tips på det mesta. Kontinental frukost men vill man ha mer kan man eket laga till det i pentryt. Wifi fungerade utmärkt. Balkong med utsikt över hamnen och Vesuvius. Bor gärna där igen.

The owner was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t good. The capacity of hot water is not enough even for one person who wanted to take a shower. We had a big problem with hot water and the room wasn't comforting.

Giancarlo es un encanto. Tuvimos un problema con el vuelo y llegamos un día después, pero él nos recibió igual y nos facilitó toda la estadía como buen anfitrión napolitano que es. La estancia un lujo e increíble la ubicación. Volveríamos sin dudas. ¡Grande Giancarlo!

这家民宿离码头非常近，乘船方便。步行可以抵达那不勒斯全部景点。门口买庞贝通票3.5欧元乘151公交，换火车可以抵达庞贝。房间干净，舒适而且房间宽敞。厨具齐全。洗澡间也非常宽敞。房主人非常热心细致，关照我们的一切活动和需要。我们会介绍其他朋友再来。

B&B situato di fronte al porto di Napoli , in posizione strategica per la visita della città A due passi da piazza municipio , Maschio Angioino e mezzi per la visita della Città. Il proprietario Giancarlo ci ha confuso con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza. Servizio molto accurato e camere pulite. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto favorevole. Presenza di WI-FI gratuito , phone e angolo cottura con frigo rifornito di quello che serve per la colazione. A due passi da Bar e pizzerie moto buone. La ristrutturazione ha previsto vetri a tripla camera ottenendo un ottimo isolamento acustico dalla strada.Da raccomandare

#### Chambres bien situées, très bon accueil

Notre chambre donnait sur le port, super vue au lever du soleil. rue bruyante mais une assez bonne insonorisation. Nous avons pu visiter Naples à pied. Le propriétaire est accueillant, les produits pour le petit déjeuner réapprovisionnés tous les jour. La chambre est confortable et la petite cuisine bien équipée. Plein de guides et cartes à disposition. Seul chose à dire, un lit un peu petit.

Magnífica ubicación. Habitación grande y limpia, cama cómoda. Cuarto de baño amplio y completo. Giancarlo lo tiene todo muy bien preparado: te deja una lista con restaurantes recomendables de cada zona de la ciudad, te informe de los barcos a Capri y conexiones con Pompeya etc. Funcionan perfectamente el wi-fi, la televisión y el frigorífico, creo que con eso está todo dicho.

Very good location, right next to the harbour, dark area at night time, good restaurants in the area. It is an apartment so self catering, but they do supply some provisions, we had a lovely day out in Ischia, beautiful place, caught the hydrofoil from just across the road

Excellent accueil et bonne localisation près des traversiers vers les îles. Il manque toutefois des éléments de base comme du savon pour la douche et le déjeuner est minimal.

#### Good base to explore the region

We stayed 2 nights in August in a studio plat within an apartment, which itself located in a residential building. We were very satisfied with the conditions and services that we received. The owner and staff were very kind and caring. It was nice to have food and drinks provided as breakfast and to get replenished every day. There was also a kitchenette to make fresh coffees or for simple cooking. The location is perfect for exploring Naples and surrounding area as both the ferry port and Municipio subway station are just 5 minutes walk. We also walked to Piazza del Plebiscito and the old town.

Although some effort has been made to brighten the rooms, this building is particularly drab and the windows of our room looked out only into a dismal inner courtyard. Things are dark and rather uninviting. The owner puts out a spread of packed breads, crackers and pastries as well as some juice and milk in the min-fridge, but my wife and I didn't really choose to linger in the apartment. Many thanks to Nicola who met us and let us in, and enthusiastically shared his knowledge about the locale. He was our highlight! The owner was out of town, and we didn't meet him. Please be aware that there is no reception, and arrangements must be made in advance to check-in.

It was nice to stay a week in a studio apartment with a kitchen, so I could cook when I wished. The location is very walkable to many major sites in Naples. Pretty close to Metro Line 1 also, which is helpful.

#### A little gem

We would definitely go to these apartments again, the owner Giancarlo could not do enough for us, has put together a brilliant guide for the sightseeing and his favourite restaurants, and where the supermarkets are. With it being near the ferry terminal it is noisy when on the terrace, but shut the door no problem, we still spent time out there as its so vibrant and alive, and like I said we will go again, thanks for everything Giancarlo.

#### Au calme et proche de tout !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre est idéalement située dans Naples, face au port et en même temps proche du métro et du centre historique. La chambre que nous avions (Procida) n'avait qu'une vue sur la cour interieure mais nous nous en moquions car nous partions en visite toute la journée ! Autre avantage, la chambre est très calme ce qui est rare pour une chambre urbaine. Merci encore à Giancarlo et sa maman, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples.

#### Gute Lage für eine Städtereise

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, direkt am Hafen von Neapel. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Der Service des Hotels war super. Gute Tipps haben wir erhalten :). Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Bij aankomst stond de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar ons al op te wachten in een nette en fleurige kamer met balkon uitzicht op zee. De drukke weg en haventerrein geven een goed beeld van hoe het er in de stad aan toe gaat. Goed om te weten dat je de verbliijfskosten afrekent bij de eigenaar.

Latt' e Liett' was full but we we're put up by Giancarlo in another apartment. It was spacious and comfortable and excellently placed on the edge of the centro storico. Giancarlo could not have been more helpful. We would certainly stay there again.
