We were very satisfied with the conditions and services that we received. The owner and staff were very kind and caring. It was nice to have food and drinks provided as breakfast and to get replenished every day. There was also a kitchenette to make fresh coffees or for simple cooking. The location is perfect for exploring Naples and surrounding area as both the ferry port and Municipio subway station are just 5 minutes walk. Things are dark and rather uninviting. The owner puts out a spread of packed breads, crackers and pastries as well as some juice and milk in the min-fridge, but my wife and I didn't really choose to linger in the apartment. Many thanks to Nicola who met us and let us in, and enthusiastically shared his knowledge about the locale. He was our highlight! The owner was out of town, and we didn't meet him. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre est idéalement située dans Naples, face au port et en même temps proche du métro et du centre historique. La chambre que nous avions (Procida) n'avait qu'une vue sur la cour interieure mais nous nous en moquions car nous partions en visite toute la journée ! Autre avantage, la chambre est très calme ce qui est rare pour une chambre urbaine.
