The rooms were clean and nice and the hosts were really helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. The area is easily walkable, with lots of interesting places nearby and a metro station is also close. Antonella and Francesco were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect in the heart of town but in a quiet area, you can walk to nice restaurants and bars. Also, the elevator broke so we had to drag our bags down three flights of stairs. The elevator was very sketchy and you had to use coins to use it. The staff seemed nice but did not help to take bags down, was not able to fix the AC and we requested a taxi pick up and they were not able to do this successfully. It was quiet, clean and bed comfortable. It is a very short walk to the Archeology museum as well as the metro. A short metro ride to the train station for easy access to Herculaneum and Caserta Palace. There are many cafes, restaurants and bakeries in the area. The room was clean and bright. The staff were super helpful and we were able to store our luggage on the last day before we departed for our late train to Rome.
