Rooms are huge plus a massive balcony.. all employee are helpful anytime you need them, and dont forget the hotel manager too. Highly recommend this hotel

Well unfortunately we had rain and cool all week, pool was closed, taxis are not available although hotel would arrange for driver which we appreciated.

Worst Hotel in Lago
I have to say this is probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time (NEVER AGAIN). Room was very basic, air conditioning didn't work, plastic mattress very uncomfortable and hot. Breakfast was a choice of cakes or reheated rubbish (Grey eggs), thousands of oranges grown in the area yet we had chemical concentrate orange juice, coffee in the land of great coffee from a horrible machine. No bar or restaurant in the hotel, and the price for this was very high. I will never stay in this hotel again, not the staff's fault needs to be modernised and facilities improved dragged into the 2020's. WIFI was a joke didn't work even in the lobby?

Hit and miss
The Pool was half empty and green and nothing like the pictures. the "Gym" is minimal and closes and 1830 daily. On the positive the Breakfast is ample and refreshed quickly and the free chilled water is a blessing in the warm weather although not advertised and it really should be.

Very friendly staff but unfortunately on last day lots of late night drunks coming back at all hours not much sleep.

Average overall
Room was clean but in my case it was in the ground floor and was almost underground. Breakfast was very very basic. On the plus side the hotel staff was very friendly and they were speaking English.

Enjoyable hotel

Perfect location for JFCNP meetings.
As usual a nice stay with extremely nice hotel personnel. It is the ideal location for everyone going for shorter or longer events at JFCNP. Free parking but also only 12 min walk from the HQ. The hotel helps with airport transfer - fast and secure.

Was een prima accommodatie echter redelijk gedateerd. Wij hadden een basis kamer die bleek in de kelder te zijn. Dat hadden wij niet verwacht, hadden we dit van tevoren geweten dan hadden we een andere kamer geboekt. Ontbijt was prima, personeel vriendelijk.

Motel spacciato per 4 stelle
Per lavoro viaggio tanto e di hotel 4 stelle ne ho visti diversi ed è anche per questo che non mi capacito ei come possa essere classificato questo hotel come 4 stelle. La struttura di trova in una sorta di condominio, personale tutto sommano cortese ma la professionalità è altro. Camera grande ma davvero vecchia e poco confortevole. Ho trovato molti capelli e peli ovunque. La colazione è un incubo, servita da camerieri senza mascherina che ti chiedono dolce o salato per poi buttarti letteralmente un piatto di prodotti di dubbia qualità sul piatto. Quasi 100€ una notte. Senza parole

La gentillesse du personnel et la grandeur des chambres. Ce qui est dommage c’est qu’il n’y a rien à proximité, la plage ce situe à 40 minutes à pied et la piscine n’est pas chauffé.

Bâtiment et décor assez vieux. Il y a des restaurants en face qui sont pas mal ! Le petit déjeuner est le même tous les jours. Lit confortable, mais pas assez d’oreiller. Nous avons demandé des oreillers deux fois, mais nous les avons jamais reçu. On nous disait toujours, plus tard. Tout fonctionnait correctement dans la chambre, air clim et réfrigérateur aussi. Une cuisinette de disponible, mais aucune vaisselle donc assez inutile. Bref, séjour correct pour une nuit ou deux.

Sehr nettes Personal und sprechen gut englisch. Sehr hilfsbereit. Vielleicht ein wenig über die Jahre gekommen, aber echten Ordnung. Frühstück ist o.k.
