A great location to base yourself to explore Naples. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Option to store luggage after checkout was extremely helpful as our train was a few hours later. Would recommend.

Nice hotel.

This is a good B&B. It is a little unusual, I bumped into one employee as I walked in and never saw another person afterwards. That being said their instructions to getting in were perfect and the place itself is secure. The location was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The property itself was great - clean, large rooms and convenient location. The hotel sent instructions for self check-in but when we had other questions it was quite inconvenient that it did not have a staff present.

Charming bed and breakfast with large rooms that are clean and well appointed.The beds and pillows are very comfortable.Tea and coffee provided as well as a mini bar stoked with goodies at an additional fee.The air conditioning works well and large wooden doors attached to Balcony space provides noise barrier from busy streets outside. Close to train station and bus stops. Close to many restaurants ,shops and a mini market. Guido is an attentive host who keeps in touch with you via whatsapp before and during your stay making you feel very welcome and at comfort. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall rooms and hotel condition is average. More importantly, the hotel advertised pictures are a bit misleading. Hotel is located in a very densely populated and old area which is very noisy and the hotel building, entrance, lifts etc are very old and dingy. Nothing like a hotel you would expect ona vacation with family. You won’t see hotel staff much but the service was good. Rooms are decent and clean. Though the place is advertised as b&b, there is no breakfast usually and if you do have one in your price, you need to go to a cafe nearby to eat. Ok for solo travelers and if you are low on budget.

We had terrible weather (early April) but the hotel was located near the main tourist streets. I enjoyed Naples, seems less touristy. This location is excellent, staff very helpful.

We were only in Naples for one night and specifically chose Dante Maison De Charme based on location and reviews. It did not disappoint. Lovely room, friendly helpful staff, excellent location in terms of proximity to dining and shopping and we stumbled on live music in the piazza about a block away. Can't wait to go back!

It’s actually an apartment in the old dirty building and they renting rooms. rooms are very dark, dirty and smelly The whole area is very unsafe! When our taxi cab driver brought us to that place, he suggested that area is not safe and we might want to look for somewhere else to stay!!!

Advertised as B&B, but breakfast wasn't included nor was it on the premise. Toilet mechanism was broken on arrival, though they did fix it promptly. Room was tiny! Outside noisey, though that's to be expected, since the location is on a busy, convenient corner. Door and lock to the room were flimsy, though overall we felt safe. Furniture low quality but serviceable. Budget quality for a lodging that cost more than budget rates.

Wanted to check out before checking in! Disgusting entrance with 2 sets of key pads to enter that are difficult. Rickety elevator that only takes one person and bag. Construction men running up and down stairs. No sleep, ambulances and nosy all night. Dirty curtains and walls. Mold in shower. Never saw a person at check in or out.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The reason I docked it one star are because of things outside of the control of the hotel. The room itself was nice (though I wouldn't call it "luxury") and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! There was a balcony which looked over a little side street. The aircon/heater in the room was a welcome addition! All the staff I encountered were extremely courteous and helpful. However, they do seem to leave about 1:30ish in the afternoon. After that, there is no staff on site. The location was excellent--steps away from the Metro station and surrounded by restaurants and shops! I traveled alone (solo female) and felt safe and secure. It is, however, an extremely noisy area. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but something to be aware of. The double-glazed balcony doors do a great deal to dampen the sound, but there were building works happening and sirens passing all night. It did make it a bit difficult to fall asleep; however, once I was asleep, it did not wake me up. if you are a very light sleeper, however, you may want to go somewhere else. Overall, I would recommend staying here. Enjoy!
