Will not be among my choices

Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com! The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything and the lady at the hotel was very helpful despite the problems faced

Bad service

The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times. Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

La double terrasse est très appréciable, petit espace au dessus du tumulte de la rue. L'appartement est confortable et bien situé pour toutes les visites. Michele nous a très bien reçu et mis à l'aise.

el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y agradable. debido a las altas temperaturas en napoles, no pudimos hacer uso de la terraza ni por la noche. la mesa que se ve en la foto tiene un mantel bastante sucio que habría que limpiar o retirar. como unico aspecto no positivo está que no teniamos el dinero justo de las tasas municipales y quedó en devolvernos el dinero, hasta la fecha no lo ha hecho, era muy poco dinero, pero por esa razon es mejor quedar bien y gestionar la devolución.

What a great little place to stay in the center of Naples! The rooms are super clean and seemed brand new, bathroom was perfect, lots of water pressure and hot water. I had 2 small balconies overlooking via Tribunale, but high enough that was not too noisy. Bed was nice, maybe new also? Very impressed, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Naples… can’t imagine getting a better value!

Heart of Naples, but peaceful.

Right in the heart of Naples, exciting location full of life and fun. The room was scrupulously clean and well equipped, and very quiet. Marco was super helpful, woukd stay here again for sure.

Struttura nel cuore del centro storico di Napoli. La camera, sebbene non molto grande, è ben curata ed attrezzata. Il bagno spazioso e pulito. Unica pecca l’insonorizzazione della camera stessa, pareti sottili e porta scorrevole non favoriscono la privacy. Nel complesso però la consigliamo a tutti, staff gentile e posizione ottima!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the historic centre of Napoli. Culture, food and history all steps away from the front door. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Les lieux sont implacables. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de réservation mais comme nous voyons du positif partout nous avons eu la chance de « tester » deux chambres. L’Orchidea est vraiment superbe au 4ieme étage, à l’angle du bâtiment avec ses deux fenêtres + balcons qui donnent sur deux rues différentes. Petit plus : d’un des balcon nous pouvons apercevoir la mer ^_^ La literie est parfaite. La salle de bain moderne. Idem pour L’hortensia qui elle n’a qu’une fenêtre et un balcon donnant sur une rue calme. Il y a une cuisine à disposition, très pratique. Assia est une personne disponible et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ces logements qui sont idéalement situés au cœur du Naples historique.

Très bien placé, tout a proximité, la cathédrale est juste au coin de la rue. 10/15mn a pieds du métro. Joli appartement climatisé, qui offre beaucoup de paix dans la foule et la chaleur du centre historique. Personnel très gentil et multilingue, quelques petites attentions comme un petit déjeuner offert et une petite bouteille de bienvenue. Belle cuisine fonctionnelle, nous aurions aimé un petit frigo au lieu d’un minibar mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants/snacks pas chers dans la rue donc pas de souci majeur. Super salle de bain toute nouvelle, peignoirs, pantoufles et petits kits hygiene à disposition. Lit très confortable avec plein d’oreillers. Facture pour 12 nuit plus que raisonnable, nous recommandons fortement cet établissement!

Vi synes, at når man er der en uge, uden at der bliver gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder, er det ikke i orden. Det er lidt ulækkert. Vi blev anvist til et sted i nærheden , vi ikke havde bestilt. Desuden havde vi bestilt måneder i forvejen.

Amazing location!

Don't be shocked when you arrive, a shabby courtyard with 5 floors of private apartments.up in the outside lift to the 4 th floor,You arrive at a nicely laid out apartment .with rooms set to the rear. Our room The self contained studio room with kitchen was up another 2 flights of stairs but the big bonus 2 large patio terraces,which we enjoyed on both nights with homemade snacks and wine purchased just across the street. You really are in the thick of it with Naples rushing around you. Beds a bit uncomfortable for us but everything else I could not fault.

facilité d'accès à l'aéroport et aux musées et possibilité de manger à tous les prix. Chambre prévue 20m2avec balcon,elle faisait à peine 10m2 avec juste une lucarne mais surtout lit étroit et matelas inconfortable.Bon accueil et petit déj parfait.
