The app setup didn't work at first with pictures, removing them allowed us to check in. The doors in the app to go in could be labeled better. But that's the nitpicky stuff, great big room, nice clean modern bathroom, AC, mini fridge and great location near the Dante Metro. The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! Great stay!! A little noisy due to the area being popular with tourist and locals but the room was nice. Nur mit dem „Schlüssel“ funktioniert es nicht gut. Nie war jemand erreichbar. Weder per Mail, WhatsApp noch Telefon, Zum Glück verliessen andere Gäste die Unterkunft und wir konnten rein, sonst wären wir nie reingekommen und hätten auf der Strasse bleiben müssen. Dort gab es ein Mann der uns sehr geholfen hatte.
