Hotel staff were lovely and their English was good. Room was clean and spacious, had kitchenette so was able to cook ...

10 mins walk from Nagano station, this hotel is well located and the rooms are larger than normal for Japanese hotels. Built about 20 years ago (probably for the Winter Olympics in 1998), it is still a modern hotel with good quality facilities.
Breakfast in the hotel has plenty choices with authentic food in the area around. The room is neat except there is no temperature control, the temperature in the room generally is ok.
