"I would like to thank the hotel manager on duty on 6 Aug - he walked me to the Meitetsu building at 0650 hrs to take the train to Chubu Int airport. He goes the extra mile for the hotel guest. Much appreciated. "
"The breakfast restaurant is located on the lobby floor on 31/F. The view is great that you can see the nagoya station and bullet train. There is a lot of choices of food and drink, including the mini version of nagoya famous dishes, grilled eel rice, miso katsu, toast with red bean and cream. The room facilities are good, separate toilet, washbasin and shower/bath room. However, there isn't any hook or rack for placing towel or clothes inside the shower/bath room. Other than this, I can feel the hotel service is very attentive. All the staff are very friendly and helpful."
"Great business hotel, convenient location close to jr lines and bullet train! Good sized room .
The gym is slightly underwhelming only treadmills and bikes in there "
The most popular time to visit Nagakute is April, when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your adventures. During this time, temperatures typically range from 10 to 20°C, providing a comfortable climate for outdoor activities and sightseeing.
From March to May, the peak season draws in both local and international tourists eager to experience the vibrant atmosphere and cultural festivities that accompany the cherry blossom season. This bustling period is great for exploring the renowned Meiji Mura, an open-air museum showcasing historical architecture, or wandering through the scenic trails of local parks, which come alive with colour and fragrance.
For those who appreciate a more tranquil experience, consider visiting in late November to early December. While this period marks the low season, the beautiful autumn foliage still offers a stunning visual treat, and you may find that prices for accommodations and attractions are notably lower. This can be an excellent opportunity to explore Nagakute's beauty without the crowds, allowing for a more intimate connection with the surroundings.
