Justine and Mona were incredible hosts – they carefully explained everything to us in detail and even taught us about the food and onsen etiquette. Their kindness and attention made us feel so welcome. We have honestly never experienced such a high level of service before, not only from Justine and Mona but from the entire staff. It was beyond what we are used to, and it made our stay both relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were amazing, giving us a true sense of the onsen setting. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight – absolutely perfect for unwinding. We didn’t feel quite ready to try the public onsen this time, but maybe next time we will! The food was another unforgettable part of our stay. We were surprised by the generous portions for both breakfast and dinner, as in Denmark we are more used to smaller servings. We hope it wasn’t rude of us not to finish everything, but we truly appreciated the experience. We tried many things we would never have thought of otherwise, and especially loved the black sesame tiramisu. The ceramic ware was beautiful, and the presentation of each dish was exquisite. Each slot only has few spots. That isn’t convenient about it. As customer did email to register ahead of time and isn’t allow customer to pre book.
