Very clean room. Polite, delightful staff. Free coffee from coffee machine, very modern and friendly living space. Nearby to Nagoya station, Unimall and drug store. A great surprise that they provide Refa hair dryer too!

Room was dark, dated, and more cramped than expected, but the location was very convenient. Location was close to Nagoya train station, shopping and restaurants.
Very clean, great location. Close to train station, lots of fun places to go.

The hotel was conveniently located near Nagoya Station, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and check in was efficient. While the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable for a short stay and worked well as an overnight stop. Overall, it was a solid and practical choice for one night in Nagoya.
Loved it! Location convenient to transportation, food (Ramen next door is to die for), shopping, and walkable to many attractions like the castle. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again
Overall can only rate it OK and not sure if would want to stay at this hotel if I do visit Nagoya again. Distance: ok ‘quite’ near to malls and Nagoya station, however if to drag luggage from station to hotel vice versa there is a challenge with the distance. Avoid underground walkway as is up and down stairs. Cleanliness: I was surprised on the hotel eco efforts, sure no cleaning to be done on daily and they will replace towels, provide the tea and bottled water. Do note the replaced new towels are placed inside plastic bag so not sure how this help with their eco claims. The ‘new’ towels are not that clean have spotted hair on the towels in the plastic bag 3 times during my 5 nights stay. Amenities are the very basic ones. Room: central aircon and super super hot, basically like no air ventilation. I was given a corner room facing the road and I must say sound proof very bad super noisy from the road traffic. The saving grace will be the staff at the reception, very helpful team.
Nice atmosphere that Resol Hotel Nagoya brought to us! Excellent front desk that help us for the delivery of our luggage to another hotel. Room is nice and can fit for 2 luggages, only that its too warm, and cant adjust the temperature.

Shops were nearby but in the fantastic underground mall outside the main door. Also, due to the closeness of the train station, it has its own underground mall. If you don’t mind walking a half mile, the super three story aeon noritake garden mall is south east of the hotel or take the subway, it’s one stop away from the train station. Clean room, 24 hours fresh coffee and decaf. Plenty of amenities on a cart in the lobby. I relaxed in the lobby listening to jazz music and reading my book..,.while looking out of the 2d story windows. Nondescript main entrance improves security for guests. Restaurants on the surface streets around the corner. Abundant restaurants in the underground mall and at the train station. I will use this hotel again. I wished they’d have bBC news or Skynet news or CnN international news for English speaking guests
Loved the location. Very clean. Rooms are small which is standard for Japan but takes getting used. Room could have used more lighting.
Really appreciated the availability of coffee 24/7. Would stay again for sure

The room is clean but extremely small with 2 single bed joined, not much space to even walk. Service is fine. There is a window but cant see out. Did not eat hotel breakfast. Location is bear Nagoya station
Stayed at Hotel Resol Nagoya for a day trip to Ghibli Park (since it's location is within 5 minutes walk to Nagoya station). Check in was simple and the staff spoke English. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures.
