I lost my phone on the 3rd day in the taxi and luckily the taxi driver remembered the hotel pick up point and brought my phone back to the hotel. The front desk staff returned the phone to me and helped me called the taxi company and thank them. The hotel is located at 8/F, need a bit longer time to queue for elevator in the peak hours, especially in the morning time. Hygiene of the Spa is a concern. Some hotel guests entered the Spa directly without taking showers. I experienced such incident twice. I did not use the Spa facility anymore afterward. I walked on the ground floor as it's very late for me to arrive at Nagoya - it's a bit difficult to find it. The room is cosy and tidy with a nice city view seeing the light-up Nagoya Castle at night. The onsen bath is a bit small - it can accommodate around 4-5 persons. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Rooms contain everything necessary: TV, big bed, shower and cleaning bath tube, separate toilet. Everything clean and regular clean service that can also be suspended for environmental reasons. Just a bit small if you have a big suitcase for several days.
