宿泊予約の画面の写真と実際に確保されていた部屋が全く違う。改修された綺麗な部屋のみの掲載で、部屋指定ではないプランだが、誇大にみせようとする姿勢が好きではない。実際に宿泊し部屋の写真も載せるべきだ。 いくつか部屋があるが、プラン内の画像は全て同じ雰囲気の改修済みの部屋ばかり。 部屋は選べないが同じ雰囲気の部屋の画像ばかりで、予約する立場から見ると、ホテル全体の雰囲気がそのような感じの部屋だと間違いなく思う。 実際に訪れてからガッカリした。 画像を載せるのなら、それと同じ雰囲気の部屋を用意するべきだ。
