I would give it 5-star rating except we were not allowed to check in early by only 30 minutes (1:30pm instead of 2pm) even though the room was available. The front desk is not very friendly when asked about body lotion etc. (there are none). We requested a quiet room at booking but were disappointed that we still had to discuss it with the front desk when check-in and ended up being given a room facing a busy road (and the shrine). The laundry facility is available on multiple floors and the machines were quite new including washing/dryer combo machines. Walking distance (less than 10 min) to the station where there are lots of dining options.
