Brilliant views, super close to underground stations and airport links, and right in the heart of a bustling area. The room was very comfortable and included everything we needed, with a great shower, generously sized tub, loads of storage space, and separate heating controls for different areas of the suite. It was also cleaned every day, with plenty of fresh towels and face cloths, which we greatly appreciated. Staff at the hotel were lovely, and made us feel really welcome each and every day. The smell of fresh popcorn every evening - freely available to all guests - was also a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We miss you already!" But love the daily room cleaning, lots of water bottles provided daily, and the cafe in the lobby I didn’t use, there’s a quality coffee shop behind it three minute walk that’s well worth the trip if you like quality coffee.
