"Being right near Trafalgar Square, it is within walking distance to so many of the major sites and restaurants. Tube stations are also closeby for further destinations. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, especially Lima. Beds were very comfy and the availability of coffee/tea/other in the main floor Club Room was a bonus. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy. Our only complaint is there were not large enough garbage containers and no recycling."
