"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was comfortable, air-conditioned and clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The price was extremely reasonable! One quick note: If you are coming from the train station, you will need to take the water taxi and go over the Rialto bridge on foot, which does not have a ramp. You must carry your luggage up and over the stairs. The Hotel does not have an elevator, so you must carry your luggage up at least one flight of stairs to get to reception and further up if you have a room upstairs. This was not a big problem for us, but just a warning for anyone that is bringing lots of luggage or can't lift and carry their own suitcases. "

"If you are coming in Venezia by car this is excellent place, directly reachable by car, has garage, and public transport (vaporetto) station is less than 100m far away. Hotel is big new, spotless clean. Rooms are not so spacious but big enough. Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially when compared to awful breakfast in Hampton by Hilton New Orleans where we have been few months ago"

"The hotel is so clean with beautiful view on the grand canal in the middle of the shopping areas and just 2 minutes walk from the main train station and walking distance from everything and like 25 minutes walk from the St. Marko (the main plaze). I really recomand the hotel to any one going there, even rooms prices are reasnoble."
