What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"Really enjoyed my stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis off the main street with a very nice breakfast and coffee made to order. Theres a cafe, Borsa, next to the hotel which is great for a snack, especially the pistachio croissants that were amazing."

"Lovely clean comfortable suite. Entry was easy and Michele was very responsive if we needed anything. Only a short stroll from Quattro Canti but on a quieter end of via Maqueda near the university. Some lovely little bars and restaurants just a few steps from the door. Soundproof windows and air conditioning were also very welcome. Enjoyed the views from the balcony."
