The location was walking distance to the best attractions, shopping, and restaurants in the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every regard. The room included a wonderful breakfast which was a great way to begin each day. The hotel is unique in that it is owned by a baronness who has remodeled a portion of her palace as a hotel. I would not hesitate to return here. Sara could not be more helpful. Young porter who helped us with taking our bags up was great. The property is comfortable, beds great, good heating and aircon. Both showers have pretty bad water pressure and only one had good hot water. The other was only warm. The apartment needs a refurb. It’s not bad, it’s just not up to the standard the pictures show. Lastly the stairs. If you have the slightest problem with steep stairs this is not for you. That’s not the properties fault. It just is what it is. Final final note.
