"A well‑equipped chalet in a great location, offering good value for money. The host was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, which we really appreciated.We enjoyed our stay overall, although the property would benefit from a deeper clean, as cleanliness was below expectations in places and there was a slight damp smell. That said, the host was apologetic, took the feedback seriously, and clearly wants to maintain high standards.With improved cleaning, this would be a lovely place to stay, and we’d consider returning."

"The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance. Our suite was located on the top floor via a small spiral staircase, ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult. Bed and bathroom were comfortable with everything that we needed. The breakfast was varied with a lot to choose from but things were running out towards the end of service one day. The bar area was nice and service was great. Overall no complaints. "

"Great value for money in a convenient location. Friendly staff and quickand easy check-in/out. There was a slight damp smell in the en suite and the kitchen had a wonky drawer, but otherwise perfect for us."

"Lovely setting. Food in the restaurant was a bit ordinary. The snacks at the bar were better. No room servicing unless requested and towel change and bin empty was facilitated by placing these in the hallway. Replacement towels and empty bin were there when we got back. Asked about a bus to Norwich, but the desk had little idea - there's a direct bus that passes by the entrance to the Manor."
