Pros: Closeness to the airport and price .
We have stayed here on 2 occasions and have been pleased with the overall quality of our stay . It is not a luxury hotel but good for the price and met our needs adequately . The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaraunt provided an excellent breakfast

Really good size rooms and view

Pros: ambience, staff, pool, lobby, entry, airport convenience, sizeable rooms and facilities.
Cons: swimming pool hot towel and facility for hot and cold shower. internet facility considering it is 5 star hotel,package should have wi-fi as part of it
Location: if you find hotel food expensive there is mirage hotel just round the corner. you can also walk upto sahar airport for burger king & other restaurant
Had very good stay, hotel is very nice and clean. hotel facility is excellent from iron boards to hair dryers to shoe polish and every other comfort that you can think of. Only negative point was hot towel in swimming pool area. they should have facility of hot and cold water shower and swimming pool areas always have hot towels. Staff is extremely cordial and take immediate action towards something you do not feel satisfying. Highly recommended.

Good hotel near to the airport

Pros: Great room
Cons: The bathroom - after taking a shower you would open the door and the whole floor would be wet with water. Bad design!!
Great room, great staff. Got very frustrated when I wanted to change USD to rupees. I was told they can only change a max of 80 USD per person, so I gave them a USD 100 note and they said they cant give change of USD 20. Being a highly rated hotel they din't have change in USD??!!

Executive lounge did not cater for Jain. The staff are too willing to help which is nice, and the moment you ask for jain meal they don't know what to do... Hotel caters for complex dishes but not jain

Nice hotel with easy access to the Airport

Cons: The internet service was slow and should be improved. It would be very convenient to charge phones, laptops and I. pads if a modern multi-socket power
The staff is excellent and very attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The car pick up from the airport was very convenient. The laundry service was very good and timely. . The concierge service was excellent The restaurants were rather too noisy.

Do not waste your time, not a 5 star in any sense

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Gym facilities are better than most places
Cons: Room smell, toilets, staff, hospitality, room service to name a few ...
Location: A quick taxi ride to some cool restaurants and other hotels.
I booked the Lalit hotel in Mumbai for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. I visited Mumbai for work from California. Someone greeted us at the airport as we landed, shuttled us to the hotel and we were able to check in. So the first hour at the hotel - awesome. After that, the experience with hotel and staff was absolutely terrible. We were given a smelly room that had extremely damp sheets. Let the hotel staff know and they explained it was bc of the humidity and would send a humidifier right away to help. That humidifier came the next evening even though we asked multiple times as the smell was terrible. I asked for sheets to be changed, that also came the next evening after 4 pm. Room service is a joke. The first night we ordered food at 130/2 am and it came close to 5 am. I explained that we fell asleep and do not want to be charged but they refused to take the charges off. On top of it, every order had things missing, food/drinks etc that constantly needed correction. On 2nd night the toilet in the room stopped working. Someone came to repair it 3 hours after the initial complaint, so we had to go down to the lower level bathrooms in the gym in the meantime. This happened the 3rd and 4th nights as well. The hotel offered to comp laundry to help with the issues, we said ok but were then hit with a 12,000 rupee - even though they explained it was comp'd. Multiple more issues every day. Waste of time, energy and money. A 2-star hotel would be more hospitable.
