Over-priced nightmare

-During the 2 nights that I stayed in this hotel, I was unable to get a WiFi signal in my hotel room, the whole entire time. -I was locked out of my room 5 different times, as my key card no longer worked. I had to then go down to the front desk to have my key card recharged. -There was an issue with the key card and the light switches, as the lights would constantly turn themselves off after I was in the room for less than 5 minutes. After this happened at least 6 times, I was told there was a faulty switch, and I was put into another room. - Due to the lack of WiFi signal in the first room I was put into (#504), and the faulty light switches, I was then put into room 101. I had no WiFi signal in that room, either. I was then told I could move to a third room. Are they joking? Why should I move to THREE different rooms when I only stayed there for 2 nights? -The hotel claims that food is available 24 hours, as they have multiple restaurants and bars in the hotel. But, I went down to a restaurant at 5:30 PM and was told I was only able to get a sandwich or pizza, and nothing else. I passed on eating. - I went to the restaurant in the evening, and ordered one Kingfisher beer. They tacked on a 25 rupee service charge. When I pointed out a news article from the Times of India (online) that said the service charge was not required as per Indian government regulations, I was told "So sorry Ma'am" and got a refund of my 25 rupees.

Nothing good to say about ! Had bad experience in room service and bathroom was not cleaned as per the hotel standard also staff an security's not as educated how to look towards woman in respectfull Manner........

Stay at Svenska was comfortable.

Room service food was not up to par at all. Food arrived cold and portions were small. The buffet downstairs was fantastic.

Nice hotel, pity about the reception staff

Pros: Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Good food in restaurant, but breakfast not so good could have been better.
Cons: Attitude of reception staff. Breakfast.
Location: Don't know, we arrived late and had an early start, but area seemed to be quite a good one in terms of prestige.
Nicely decorated hotel with comfortable bedrooms. Waiting staff and housekeeping staff very good, but reception staff terrible. No welcome at all, inefficient and indifferent. Same each time we had dealings with any of them. Such a pity, it would be a good hotel otherwise.
