Front Desk Needs to improve

everything ws good, but the front desk differentiate, among guest though i am US citizen but of India origin and they offered welcome drink to other guest but as i looked indian i was not offered. So they should stop discrimination and treat all guest equals.

Always Great

Pros: Comfortable, wonderful staff, great facilities, great restaurant.
Cons: I suppose some new routers!
Location: It is near the international airport and this is why we stay there, recover from long flight for a day or two before continuing on in travels in India
We have stayed here a number of times. As always, it was great. The only issue this time was that the router could not reach our room and I couldn't get Internet in the room. Someone came, installed our own "personal" router, and it was fine after that! The Red Zen restaurant in the hotel is also excellent.

Great atmosphere

Pros: close proximity to airport
Did not have enough money due to currency issues and was very annoyed when I was charged huge amount for glass of water @zen.

Nice hotel

Overall the experience was good. The room was clean and comfortable. My only real problems was the food in the dinner buffet, the food wasn't very good and the service wasn't very attentive. We had to ask at least 3 times for water. The other problem was while having a drink with friends in the lobby bar we were disturbed by drunken people coming from the dance club in the hotel. One girl passed out at a table next to us and vomited all over. Her companions made a fuss about it, raising his voice. Not the experience I would have expected. Overall a good experience though

Very Surprised

Location: Near Airport. Didn't go out nearby.
Booked this hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight from Mumbai. The staff on arrival were very helpful and we were checked in quickly. We had dinner in Momo's restaurant and the food and service were first class, the street food in particular. It was a Friday night and there seemed to be lots of locals in. They also do as much as you can drink in 2 hours offer for 999 Rupees. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Staff in particular are excellent, only down side might be rooms are looking a bit jaded, but very comfortable. Our pick up to the airport in the morning arrived late and the hotel gave us a free shuttle. Excellent service.

Great hotel needing urgent improvement in food

Great place, very very bad dinner. Chef needs to travel india and stop insulting india food by making it so bad. Breakfast was pretty neat though.
