Great Hotel, wonderful Staff

Pros: Location and excellent staff and personnel. All modern amenities were available.
Cons: We have no complaints.
Location: We were not there for tourism so cannot answer this question.
The hotel location suited us best for where we needed to be in Andheri West. Hotel was very modern, clean and well-staffed by excellent, courteous and professional Staff at every level. Nice in-house restaurants with a variety of cuisines. All in all we had a wonderful experience and 13 days' stay at the Courtyard by Marriott.

Security A Bit Over The Top

Pros: The buffet looked fabulous and I would have eaten there had I not been told that there was no buffet.
Cons: Get rid of the x-ray machine and stop treating the guests like suspected terrorists.
Location: I went for a 30 minute walk. About the only thing I did was try to stay alive navigating the totally insane traffic of Mumbai!
I arrived at 2 in the morning. Went through the gate with the guards. Then my baggage was promptly put through an x-ray machine to make sure I wasn't bringing in any guns or bombs. The staff was friendly. There was awful construction noise going on somewhere in the Lobby first floor area. I asked about the buffet I saw on line and was told there was no buffet just room service. The next morning after eating some breakfast I brought with me, I walked into the lobby to see a beautiful buffet in the restaurant. Perhaps there was some language glitch, but the english that was being spoken was quite good. I had a very helpful man at the front desk make a phone call for me to confirm my shared cab-which I was meeting at the airport-for a 100 mile journey to Nasik. He called twice letting it ring for a long time, but they never answered. After that someone got me a pre-paid cab to take me to the airport. It wasn't a horrible stay, but I would probably stay at Niranta at the Mumbai International Airport next time.

Overall hotel ambience is good! Except service is a bit slow at counter n room service.

Great for the aiport

Pros: Comfort
Location: Hotel has its own swimming pool
Only a few minutes from Mumbai's Terminal 2, this hotel is smart, more than comfortable, and the service is excellent. It is also significantly less expensive than Terminal 2's airside hotel.

比較的長期の費用が低めになり、部屋も機能的で長期の出張にも便利。スタッフの対応もいい。ただ週末等、イベントがある時には少しうるさくなるのが難点。
