"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"Our room was clean beautiful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good options and seating in a castle like environment. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in one of the sitting areas in the old Castle part of the hotel, to feel the nostalgia."
