"My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. "When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"The communication and responsiveness from the hosts were good, but the flat was quite run-down. Kitchen-utensils need to be renewed. The crockery need to be updated as there were many cracks. "

"Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund."
