"Lovely hotel in excellent location, only within 10minute walk to main pedestrianised shopping street by St Stephen’s Cathedral. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky to get a room upgrade when we checked in. Room was very spacious, clean, modern with super king size bed! Coffee and water replenished in room each day. Breakfast was good (more cold, continental options than hot options available) but more than enough to fuel for the morning. Excellent hotel, would highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."
