All staff we encountered were extremely helpful, particularly Emma /Emily on reception (who dealt efficiently with a room booking discrepancy caused by Expedia) and Alex on Concierge. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a la carte options and egg station. Swimming pool was large with a well organised booking system. The spa lived up to expectation. The golf practice facilities were very good and open to all residents. Unfortunately I didn’t get to play the golf courses on site as planned owing to the weather, but they looked scenic and well maintained. There is a regular shuttle bus service into historic St Andrews town, which is a few miles away. Would definitely stay there again.
