It's a student hall of residence so amenities and decor are very basic as expected, but you can't complain for the price, especially in the centre of St. Andrews in high season! A bargain really. Minor gripes - the shared bathroom(s) have very loud electric hand dryers that sound like a vacuum cleaner ...

Absolutely loved this property, one of the nicest places we have stayed, rooms beautiful, overnight stay for my fiancé birthday, didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back 💕

Genuine B&B in great Scottish small town fashion. Wonderful host, best breakfast by far! Homemade shortcake nightly. Nicely appointed older home.

manager was help full but no one came to clean our rooms they didn't change bed sheet in two nights

Really great place to stay and the couple running the place were very welcoming and friendly. No negatives at all, I will likely return. I especially liked their very well stocked honesty bar and lounge.

Very friendly staff and as far removed from plastic hotel chains as possible. Not the Ritz but value for money. Excellent breakfast only slight grumble was electric shower lacks power.

Pleasant, clean bed and breakfast, ample breakfast, generally very good value. My only slight gripe was that the mattress was a little bit uncomfortable. Perth is a good place to stay in order to have days out to other places as it is quite central.

Convenient location. Easy to park. Bathroom was rather small.
