"It was an awkful experience . This place is less than basic. You are charged for 100 yen for one set of towels, the hand basin has a dead bug in it. No liquid hand soap, only a thin PC of left over soap given. Owner very hostile, asked me to make up my own tatami, after 10 min of negotiation, he ..."…"

    一閇始開車到達停車場(停車場超大),走到裏門(後門),剛好遇到工作人員,再帶我們到帳房去辦理入住,入住時還提供了自釀的醋,工作人員不多,但態度很好,宮本先生是在晚上到酒藏品酒時來招呼大家,還跟大家合照,二樓有很多收藏品,自釀酒50種類中柚子算是最清爽好喝,紫蘇有點可怕(哈),房門超級大,可以在榻榻米上翻滾,三間湯屋都很棒,可惜大釜風呂只到晚上十點沒來得及泡到,第二天有電視台來採訪,但不知是否因此就提早了半小時要CHECK OUT.…

    It was an awkful experience . This place is less than basic. You are charged for 100 yen for one set of towels, the hand basin has a dead bug in it. No liquid hand soap, only a thin PC of left over soap given. Owner very hostile, asked me to make up my own tatami, after 10 min of negotiation, he reluctantly did it. Shower in onsen only gives out cold water, the ceiling light bulb was blown at night so I had to grope in the dark. When I checked out, owner refused to help me carry my luggage up the stairs. The place is old, worn n not well kept and clean.. I would advise travellers to stay away from this place. I don't understand why a reputable site like hotels.com would sell this place, which is a disgrace.…
