It is so good! I honestly have enjoyed our stay! The staff was nice and helpful, location is walking distance to several restaurants and convenient stores. If you have a car, it's much better! The house was very modern and the room was so spacious, nice and clean. If you are an adventure lover, this area is close to some sight seeing. It's not a problem if you don't have a car since the bus stop is close by. The room was small. Their continental breakfast was extremely basic; soft rolls, butter, and jam. We booked it only a week before and it was about the only option. Town is very quiet after 6pm, with almost everything closing early. Far from the Kawaguchiko station, and was charged a different fee three times we went back and forth by taxi. Check in is at 3pm, but the rooftop balcony closes at 6pm, it should not be a selling feature to stay here. Man hört jede Stufe vom Treppengeländer. Über uns das Zimmer war so laut dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Ansonsten ist das ein ganz gutes Hotel. Und die Toilette roch nach Abfluss.
