should have stayed longer!!
Absolutely amazing. Very convenient, close to the airport and on a perfect secluded beach. Felt very safe. Pool was great and sheltered, steps from the beach. Layout of the property worked perfectly for our 2 families. Had fun playing beach volleyball as well. Our only complaint is we didn't have enough time there! So many amazing places to explore. Thank you!!

Exactly as listed- beautiful!
We had a week with two families with young kids at this property. We had the best visit! The two homes were perfect for us to have our own space but have joint meals together. The kids lived in the pool and the ocean was just steps away. The property was fully stocked and the managers incredibly responsive. Exuma is gorgeous and we visit every year. This is one we would definitely return to!

Beautiful property with easy access to a fantastic long beach. we are a family of 6 adults and 3 teenagers. The facilities were excellent forl letting the whole family do their own thing what with two complete kitchens and dining areas. The only problem that I had was I found Gabby difficult to get a hold of when I wanted something. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this property to families who want a relaxing vacation. I would suggest that people rent a car from Exuma Automotive Rentals. They were great to deal with and are located a short walk from Casa Del Mar. Info@exumaautomotiverentals.com

The house and set up is perfect for two families vacationing together and Gabby was amazing at taking care of any of our needs ! Darin was so nice and helpful giving us island information and making sure we were good! We will definitely be back and make sure to reach out to them , as we feel they are are friends now!

Fantastic Visit!
We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Casa Del Mar. We had an amazing experience from the time we made a decision to come to the time we left. Attantive hosts, fantastic views, perfect beach, attention to all the details from the kitchen stuff to the beach chairs/umbrellas. We will be back!

Great Spot / Beautiful Beach
We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and all amenities of the property. The house manager Gabby was really, really helpful with all our requests and questions. We had her mom cook one night and had a wonderful meal. The beach is great to walk on and we thought it was fun to walk down to the bar about a 15 min walk away for a drink. We loved the water bike tour recommended by the host, the trip to Moriah Harbor Cay National Park was beautiful.

Best vacation ever!
What an amazing experience. From top to bottom the stay was first class. The beach is breathtaking. Gabby is kind and helpful. The location is also excellent with several amazing restaurants a close taxi away. We could have stayed for weeks!

We had a great time! Great location! Excellent communication with property manager!!! We had some issues with the oven going in and out and internet interrupting due to weather but easily fixed. The pool was a bit green when we got there and the filter didn’t seem to work but they immediately sent people out to fix it! Overall was great and would stay again!!

The BEST place!
This is the best rental we have ever had, hands down. Beach and water colors are stunning. Villa design and comfort level were unparalleled and we have never seen such a beautiful place in Caribbean. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful location and awesome house for a large family Gabby was a life saver!!! Large and spacious perfect for a big family. HVAC wasn’t working and Gabby took care of it immediately! I would return here again for sure! As long as Gabby was manager, as she took great care of us. Cannot say the same for other homes we stayed at. Beach is steps away and wonderful

If your dream is the perfect beach vacation, this is your dream come true. What a gem! Everything, really everything exceeded our expectations. First trip to Exuma
The property was great and just as advertised. The location was fantastic, the beach extraordinary and empty. Unfortunately we did not realize it was regatta week so Georgetown and its restaurants were not feasible and food stores were short on supply. Overall it was great. My only suggestion is to avoid Thompson's car rental, the owner is an extortionist. john m.

This was our first time to Bahamas, the property is located very close to the airport. Extremely clean and very nicely designed with top notch decor. The pool is awesome. Pool toys and snorkels are present for kids to use, so no need to pack. Dmitri and Gabby are very responsive, within the hour. I could not believe it when I saw a few paddle boards and kayak for us to use (provided by the host). You simple don't find this kind amenity provided for free in the US. All of us used the paddle boards, and my friend and I, kayaked to the neighbouring island on a quiet day. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. There is a volley ball court at the back, which we utilized also. The kids loved it. They have 3 properties, strategically designed so all have an ocean view, even if you are at the back; each with a separate private pool. The front property is fabulous, next time we would like to rent it if available. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you

The Casa Del Mar Villas met and exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we could need to cook meals, enjoy our vacation and relax! House manager Gabby even brought us a cake pan so we could make a cake to celebrate a birthday! The king sized beds were so comfortable, sleeper sofas weren’t great so we put those mattresses on the floor. Sunrise view is stunning. Shower pressure was wonderful. AC worked great! Very pleasant safe area. Great family friendly house stocked with high chair pack and play board games beach towels pool toys and more! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful!
Wonderful, top notch home with a very nice layout. We enjoyed spending time on the top floor patios with drinks, overlooking the turquoise water. The beach is, for the lack of other words, stunning. Outdoor pool, showers, bbq area are just everything we needed to hang out at the Villa and to build a great family memories. Unbelievable place. Unforgettable vacation.

Casa Del Mar was absolutely beautiful!
The villa has absolutely everything you need. The bedroom suites had fabulous bedding and towels. The pool has two outdoor showers which is perfect for coming in from the beach. Gabby was so sweet and easy to work with. The views are spectacular! We visited many beaches while there. There are no bad beaches! We have been vacationing for over 30 years and this villa is one of my favorites.

We have just returned from our holiday at the Casa del Mar and we wish we were still there. The weather was perfect all week, the accommodations were amazing for our two families. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor common area and spent a lot of time there when not at the beach. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the morning and watching the sunrise. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, modern and really comfortable. The kitchen and living room were great and well supplied and we would have spent more time up there if there was bad weather but as it was 26 and sunny every single day we soaked up all that goodness outside. The outdoor volleyball court was great as we had 7 teens/young adults who all play volleyball. Thank you Dimitri and Gabby for a wonderful stay.

We were group of 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodations were outstanding and beyond our expectations. The beach is breathtaking and we enjoyed many walks and the stunning views. We spend a lot of time by the pool and the set up is fantastic for the kids and we were sheltered from the wind. Gabby and Dmitri helped us to arrange a few day trips and other sheltered beaches. Swimming with the turtles was our favorite! Great memories were made and we'd love to return to make more! Thanks for such a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Casa Del Mar! The pictures do not do justice to describe this place. A luxury oasis next to the most picturesque beach we have ever seen! Casa Del Mar Beach House
Overall we had an amazing stay. The individual that we communicated with while staying on the island was Gabi. She was great. Very friendly and helpful. Dmitri was very helpful and informative before arrival and during booking. They gave us a lot of details and guides for activities and restaurants on the island. The check-in process was not as smooth because there were no instructions like "to meet someone there" or to call or if there was a key with a lockbox. But it all worked out fine. The house was very nice and had everything we needed and was pretty luxury. Obviously the destination is even more amazing! Must VISIT! The house is about 2 minute walk down the path to the most gorgeous private beach! Also made friends with the locals and the 2 taxi drivers that we used were amazing! As well as the private boat tour we chartered on our last day. Thank you again for everything! Very memorable weekend

Fantastic property right by the beach
We loved the whole stay. Check in and out and assistance while we were there from Gabby was very easy and the Property was perfect for our family. Very well appointed, attractive Villa, great pool that the kids loved, and really good location for seeing the rest of great Exuma as long as you have a car. We had a fantastic break! Three generations from 3 to 77 and everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful time at Dimitris place. Both villas are beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The beach is pristine and very private. A private paradise oasis

Amazing Property
We rented this property for a friend’s 50th birthday trip and the stay was nothing but amazing. The property was exactly as presented on the website and was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We brought lots of frozen meat to cook so the outdoor grill was great to have the ability to cook outside. It’s just a few steps from a spectacular beach so you don’t have to go far to enjoy the ocean. The property manager, Gabby was top notch! She made our stay extra special by running to the store to pick up a few things, as well as making our check-in and out process effortless.

We have been to the island before and loved it. We loved it even more renting a property as awesome as this. You cannot get better views and amenities. The beach is so private and close. I've read others reviews and most the complaints are uncontrollable. The property manager and staff were sk helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was just perfect for our group! We had two families with five children between us ages 10-18. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also hang out altogether. We enjoyed the pool between the two houses - it was nice to swim or lounge after a day out boating or at the beach. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach and the beautiful view from the porch. The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The house manager Gabby was super helpful and responsive to anything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals. We would definitely go back and stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family of 10, ranging in age from 3 to 70! The communication before and during the stay was top notch, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Getting to the property was easy, and so was getting the groceries although I’m sure having Gabby helping with this would make it even easier.
