    Located in the Falaise district, within the residence: Le Saskia 3, this beautifully renovated apartment is composed as follows:



    - Pleasant entrance with space to remove shoes and storage.

    - Large equipped kitchen open to the living area

    - Dining area and sofa, flat-screen TV, access to the balcony

    - First double bedroom (140x190cm) with storage

    - Separate WC

    - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror

    - Second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (140x190cm)



    The apartment can accommodate up to 6 vacationers.

    The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.



    Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception)

A beautifully presented apartment in a perfect location

A stylish and superbly well designed apartment. Great use of space, with plenty of room for 6 guests. Ski from the front door, handy boot room on the ground floor. Quiet at night, close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean too! Only that we had to leave!

Sejour aux Dents Blanches à Avoriaz Février 2025

Un appartement parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel dans un emplacement de choix à Avoriaz à proximité de toutes commodités. Une boulangerie en face, une superette à deux pas, les cours de ski tout à côté. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Location d un apart 6 pers. Très bien située proche du parking, ensoleillé le matin, grand espace, cuisine bien équipée, chambre literie nickel, douche chaude pour tous, TV murale amovible très bien, connexion internet parfait. Boulangerie et super marché très proche. Accueil chaleureux de l équipé avec Champagne. Merci pour cette belle semaine
