"Very nice hotel, all the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. The cooked breakfast was cooked fresh, we had one evening meal which was very nice. The only downside was that the Spa was being renovated, I would definitely use this hotel again."

"Hotel is in a lovely location, views and easy access to all activities. But I was immediately underwhelmed by Initial welcome from staff. Which continued thoroughout my stay. Staff served you and that was it. Not much eye contact, even impatience, at one point. A solo traveller of a certain age, I felt unseen. It certainly didn’t live up to hotels statement of “your home away from home”. I was also underwhelmed by the breakfast offerings at £19.99. I opted for vegetarian option, which I couldn’t eat it as was dry, overcooked, bland with a great lack in imagination . So disappointing."

"Not impressed, the room was not as seen on the photos and was not supplied a baby cot for my 6 week old baby. On arrival we were told to pay an up front deposit for damage at £50 from a card witch was not apart of the booking so unexpected cost was disgusting we payed for all entertainment and then was told by staff it was room only and we could not use the facilities , staff had an horrible attitude and I would not stay again !"

"Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful."

"The hotel is in need of some refurbishment however it was clean comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight. Great breakfast and excellent value for money."
