Nice big screen tv, furniture too large for room, dated kitchen appliances, dated bathroom, close to breakfast kingdom with great food. Under remodel now. Parking plentiful. Convenient location. Price point too high considering.

I book this room through Expedia , I could not stay there last two nights, tried to get a refund and could not contact anyone, this is up to Expedia to resolve, I had to rebook at stay wise the second night. It looks as if I wasted my money booking through Expedia, I would not recommend Expedia due to its lack of concern for customer and the hotels it supports

It sounded like we were on the interstate! So noisy. The hotel manager said “all our rooms are quiet.” We disagreed and returned to the office 4 minutes later to change out of room #104. The manager had locked the office door and didn’t answer. The cleaning staff in the morning were 5 stars, but the breakfast was fruit (good) cereal and waffles with high fructose corn syrup. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at in Colorado. Horrible.

The staff treat guests with naked hostility. It’s old and dirty and no one seems to care. The washing machine at the laundry facility was out of service and the dryer was supposedly working yet it didn’t dry anything. When I went in the office to drop off my room key card at checkout, the receptionist literally screamed at me to get out because she was mopping and the floor was wet. There was no sign or come or flag or any indication of this….apparently I was just supposed to know. Stay away from this place.

Overall hotel is good for night stay. I found hotel owner/ reception in night very rude. I walked in and instead of greeting , asked why I am here? Lol Room was overall ok, door lock from inside broken, found some blood on sheet. I waited 15 min next morning to report above 2 issues for reception or owner in the morning . No one was there .

I was disappointed with this motel. The rooms are in need of an upgrade, the toiletries minimal at best, and there is tight parking spaces. I saw numerous cars having difficulty trying to get in, and especially out, of spaces.

A place to sleep
Service was friendly. Pictures on hotel.com were beautiful, probably taken when it was new. Room was crowded, too much furniture, could do without armoire (didnt have hangers anyway) and move desk over so chair doesnt block walkway. Didnt need kitchenette, but if we did there were no dishes, utensils etc. Website indicated pool, but didnt say it was empty. Need to update info on website and update room.

The AC ran on high with a continuous thumping no matter what setting was selected. The bed was worn out. The towels were thin and holey. The guest laundry was grubby. The breakfast consisted of fake oj, 2 sugared cereals, English muffins, no butter, waffles, and rank coffee. Save your money and go across the street to the Holiday Inn.

I've stayed there many times over the years, but it's gone downhill over the past 3-4 years. The pool has been closed for at least two years, my door key didn't work without messing with it for a while (green light would come on but door wouldn't unlock). Upon arrival at about 7:30, I had to call the manager to come to the office and check us in...after hours at 7:30 pm? I don't know if I'll stay there again...

The room was very clean but chair was old and stained so it makes you nervous these days.... I just put a towel over it. Everything was good in the room and breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold food.

Standard motel room.
The room was fine, just a kinda shabby motel. I was a woman traveling alone and didn’t feel super safe, lots of construction workers and bikers staying here. It was fine for an affordable stay during a work trip, but I wouldn’t stay again unless I had someone staying with me. Room had stains on ceiling, mirror, lampshades, and probably the carpet but it wasn’t well lit enough to notice.

The lady at the front desk lacked customer service. She wasnt pleasant, nor helpful. Our towels very dirty, we didn’t want to use any, after we saw the first couple of towels - I took pictures and videos. Overall, we felt unsafe and will not return here in the future.

Not very clean and well kept. A lot of things were broken when we arrived, such as: shelf in the fridge was shattered, burner was missing off the stove, bed sheets had many stains on them. There was very limited parking. Overall the hotel wasn’t really up to standard and I didn’t feel very comfortable staying here. The area around is great, just wouldn’t recommend staying in this particular motel.

Nice enough property, I’ve been staying here for years. It has changed ownership numerous times. Rooms could use some repairs but are clean. Smell like smoke 😟 The office was still locked at 0710am so I’m not sure about the free breakfast. I just walked over to Arvins

Pool was empty . Rooms were dirty , stains on the walls not sure what it was but honestly don’t want to know . The shower wouldn’t drain. Toilet felt like it was going to fall over . Rude staff if you could even find them. Would never stay again. And 120 a night for this crap hole
