Good overnight hotel. We had a room with three single beds. Plenty of room for three adults. Located between two metro stations. Check in is at 2pm but we were able to store a luggage at the front desk at our 11am arrival and head out to explore Paris.
Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and provided useful advice about the metro and restaurants nearby.
The room was clean and tidy. The area was well served by several different restaurants with a good choice to serve all budgets so we did not have far to go to enjoy the lovely parisian cuisine. It all made the holiday thoroughly enjoyable.
Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Valerie and Florian who had the patience to answer our so many tourists questions and directions. They were friendly & professional.
Safe area, police station a few blocks away. Convenient to metro: a few steps away. Plenty of bakeries and cafes within short walking distance.
Have stayed here twice now most recently 2 weeks ago. Staff as always very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel is in a very French neighborhood and has everything you could want on the same street-restaurants, grocery store, patisserie etc. Because the street is very busy it can be a bit noisy at times but I would still recommend it highly. I hope to return again in April 2016.

WE have stayed at this hotel on 3 Paris trips. The rooms are average Paris 3-star hotel size--small, but not as small as many. The management has gone to some effort to modernize the decor and it has improved nicely since the last time we were here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main selling point for us is the location. It is not in the heart of the city but is rather close to the peripherique, but has a metro entrance quite literally out the front door. Tram across the street. Pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacies, food markets, etc., all within a few minutes walk. It's almost the end of the metro line so there is always a seat to be had when taking the metro to other parts of Paris. The convenience of the location is what sells us every time. When reserving a room though I would request a rear room, away from the streets.
I'm not one for reviewing hotels but I feel obliged to review this hotel. The decor is is better than big hotel chains I have stayed in and passed my interior designer wife's tests on style and comfort. The members of staff are helpful 24/7. It's practically next door to metro stop pernaty so you can get to the main attractions within minutes. If I come back to paris(which I will) I would definitely stay here again. Last thing I would say is that it's more like a four star hotel than three!
Hotel was OK. Small room, like many in Paris, was a bit cramped but clean with a comfortable bed. Conveniently located to many bars, restaurants, metro and close to train station. Just off of Montparnasse Blvd which is a great street to walk down with lots of eating places. Staff was very helpful and pleasant during our stay.

South of the Latin Quarter, this residential and commercial district contains the evocative cafés and brasseries of the Lost Generation near Place Vavin and Montparnasse Cemetery. Attractions include the Catacombs, Parc Montsouris, the Cité Universitaire and a clutch of little art museums. The discount fashion stores of Rue d’Alésia and Vanves flea market attract bargain-hunters. There are good bus and train links to Orly Airport.
