WE have stayed at this hotel on 3 Paris trips. The rooms are average Paris 3-star hotel size--small, but not as small as many. The management has gone to some effort to modernize the decor and it has improved nicely since the last time we were here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main selling point for us is the location. It is not in the heart of the city but is rather close to the peripherique, but has a metro entrance quite literally out the front door. Tram across the street. Pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacies, food markets, etc., all within a few minutes walk. It's almost the end of the metro line so there is always a seat to be had when taking the metro to other parts of Paris. The convenience of the location is what sells us every time. When reserving a room though I would request a rear room, away from the streets.
Good overnight hotel. We had a room with three single beds. Plenty of room for three adults. Located between two metro stations. Check in is at 2pm but we were able to store a luggage at the front desk at our 11am arrival and head out to explore Paris.
I stayed for a week. Double room is good enough for a one person. But I think for a couple it would be too small. This hotel has the best location for me (it was the reason of the booking). I had walked for the most part of places what I need afoot. There is very friendly staff. During this time towels changed every day. Wifi worked well on the second floor. There is no conditioner. There was only one minus for me: no fridge.
But pay attention! It is very simple hotel!!!

The Hotel Beauvoir, fully renovated in a contemporary, cosy style, is located in the triangle formed by the Latin Quarter …More
The room is small but the bathroom is modern. The breakfast was minimal with no real protein other than yogourt. The coffee was excellent.
It is conveniently located, 2 minutes from the SW corner of Montparnasses Cemetary and about 7 mins from the metro and 10 mins to the RER station that takes you to the airport. The street is tiny so not on the city map, you need to know where it is located beforehand.
South of the Latin Quarter, this residential and commercial district contains the evocative cafés and brasseries of the Lost Generation near Place Vavin and Montparnasse Cemetery. Attractions include the Catacombs, Parc Montsouris, the Cité Universitaire and a clutch of little art museums. The discount fashion stores of Rue d’Alésia and Vanves flea market attract bargain-hunters. There are good bus and train links to Orly Airport.
