Great hotel in central Paris. Had everything we needed for a long weekend break. Staff spoke enough English which was helpful. Other reviews complained of size of lift but whilst it is small we still managed just fine.

The Parc Hotel is situated in southern Paris, in the immediate proximity of the Porte d'Orléans , not far from the highway …More
Pleasantly surprised with hotel due to the price we paid. Metro station right outside the hotel which was amazingly useful. We travelled to Paris during the heatwave, and as a group of 3 sharing a triple room the heat of the room at night was completely unbearable. Air con at a time like that is completely necessary, but unfortunately there was none.
We enjoyed our two stays that book ended our France trip. Though to be honest, we didn't spend too much time at the actual hotel, we were out early and back late each day from site seeing. We used this hotel, as it was close to the Montparnasse station and all the major sites. We walked to Jardin Luxembourg, and Metro to everywhere else. There are two Metro stations within 7 minutes walk of the hotel.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and functional.
"Hotel easy walking distance to Gare Montparnasse "
We chose to stay at this hotel because of other reviews. We arrived after midnight and staff were warm and welcoming. We had an early train to catch the next morning so I can't comment on places of interest nearby. The hotel room was very small, but had everything we needed, included WiFi. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was pleasant and staff very helpful.
We have stayed in this hotel now 3 times and each time have been pleased. The staff/reception is exceedingly friendly. The furniture in the rooms doesn't necessarily match and is rather used, but all the important stuff is excellent--cleanliness, quality of the mattress, highly functioning air conditioning, and consistency of hot water. And the price is very reasonable for a Paris hotel--so the quality of the furniture in my estimation is not of real importance if that helps to keep the price reasonable.
South of the Latin Quarter, this residential and commercial district contains the evocative cafés and brasseries of the Lost Generation near Place Vavin and Montparnasse Cemetery. Attractions include the Catacombs, Parc Montsouris, the Cité Universitaire and a clutch of little art museums. The discount fashion stores of Rue d’Alésia and Vanves flea market attract bargain-hunters. There are good bus and train links to Orly Airport.
