"The hotel is in a great location near the Coliseum and walking distance to the Metro. The staff is very friendly with the lady at the front desk showing me on a map all the landmarks I should go to. She also lent me an electrical outlet adapter. The room was very nice with good air conditioning and hot water. "

"The property location is very convenient for those looking to be close to coliseum, termini area and more. The problem we have was the accessibility to our room, there are several doors and gates with keypads entry code that didn’t work all the time, when you book a hotel stay everything should be functional after paying $30.00 early check in but our minibar was not, I have to contact the staff via WhatsApp in numerous time to address the access issues, in two different occasions we get access to the property by others and we have access to a family that was having the same issue, they are only in person from 8:30 to 13:30 which is very inconvenient. I will not recommend this stay to anyone."

"The hotel is a nice property located centrally and on a picturesque quiet street. Staff and overall hospitality experience exceeded our expectations. Views from our corner room were romantic consisting of historic buildings with wonderful roof tops of clay tiles with domed roof forms. The room interiors were pleasant but somewhat efficient looking - particularly caused by the vinyl and faux wood floors. The only issue was the misrepresentation of the room type we selected. Expedia uses a quick decision tool advising of a certain number and types of rooms available for selection. It suggests you are getting a certain room based on the profile description, price and number of rooms available. This is often not the case. We selected a room with two twin beds. We also called Expedia to confirm that the hotel had this information. Expedia said it could not guarantee this selection (after guiding you at your selection moment and after you make the selection) that the room would be guaranteed. When we arrived - instead of twin beds (room was for dad/ daughter) we had a king. The hotel had no twins available. This seemed to be a bait and switch, and the hotel seemed to suggest this is a common Expedia practice. No parties would take responsibility. The hotel, however, abundantly apologized. I certainly recommend the hotel for a nice and quiet place to stay. I would also be weary of the Expedia practice. It seems dishonest at worst; sloppy at best."
