"We returned last month from our trip to **Villa le Calvane** and I’m still dreaming about our stay. It was truly a masterclass in Tuscan hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty, yet it’s their genuine warmth that really stands out. The accommodations are breathtaking. The rooms are impeccably designed and create a sense of peace that is hard to find elsewhere. A highlight was the stunning infinity pool; lounging there with a panoramic view of the rolling Chianti hills was pure magic. Every meal was a celebration of local flavors, perfectly paired with incredible wines. You can even order olive oil from their groves and wine from their vineyards to take home or they will assist with the shipping! It’s rare to find a property that hits a **perfect 10/10** in every category, Villa le Calvane does it effortlessly. We cannot wait to return!" "

"Our stay at Villa La Capella was nothing short of perfect. The two owners, Paula and Anthony, were both such incredible individuals. I have never experienced anything so warm and welcoming during my travels. The hospitality they provided went above and beyond what anyone would expect or could ask for. My partner and I will be returning again and again, if not for the most gorgeous views of the country side (or the beautiful and elegant Kobe, one of three resident dogs that live there) but for the warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere that Paula and Anthony have cultivated. "Das Haus und der Garten sind einfach unbeschreiblich, es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube überhaupt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr grosszügig, und alle Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir alles zubereiten konnten, was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Wir waren eine grössere Gruppe und konnten dank der guten Lage viele verschiedene Orte bequem mit dem Auto erreichen. Besonders genossen haben wir die gemeinsamen Abende draussen mit einem schönen Glas Wein haben wir den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen. Meiner Meinung nach war das Haus sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos – ein authentischer Toskana-Stil. Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub, wir sind begeistert. Auch alle anderen Gäste waren es. Gerne kommen wir wieder."

The location in Tuscany is perfect for day trips to Siena, Florence, Lucca, etc. Bruno provides exceptional attention to detail. Montespertoli is a beautiful, authentic, and welcoming town with lovely people and great food! "

"Wonderful staff here. Simona! Natalia! Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Lovely area. It is remote but remote can be a wonderful thing. Only suggestion is the shower leaks because the shower door is not sealed. So a rethink there. But otherwise fabulous and highly recommended. "

"This is a working winery and while the apartments are somewhat rustic and without air conditioning they provided much of the charm and experience that we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the wines produced by the winery. Natalia and Roberta were especially friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner that was available on our first night that included delicious food and wines. We also took advantage of the daily breakfast since the location is somewhat remote. Alternatively, one could easily prepare their own breakfast in the apartment kitchen but we opted for the convenience. Although remote the property is conveniently located in the countryside about midway between Florence and Siena which were the two cities we planned to visit during our stay. There is a pool on the property and we did also enjoy a stroll into the vineyards one evening to watch the sunset. The reason for the lower rating with facilities is primarily around some plumbing inconvenience which was not confined to just our unit but was being appropriately addressed by the property and we did not experience any issues on our last couple of days. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would stay there again if I return to Tuscany."

"Family of 5 from the UK with three teenage daughters. We stayed for 8 nights in August when the temperature was up to 37C most days. The property is beautiful, full of understated Italian charm and with views across to San Gimignano that are captivating. Whilst the house has no air conditioning, it remains cool during the day if care is taken with blinds and windows. At night, the fans in each room ensured that we all slept well despite the daytime heat. The pool was lovely to swim in when the heat became too much. We spent hours sitting in the shade reading books, whilst admiring the views. Siena, Florence and Volterra were only an hour’s drive away, and we would recommend heading to San Gimignano for the evening when the crowds reduce, restaurants are easier to get into, and the lighting is stunning. We can’t recommend this property too highly. We met both Mariangela and Francesco during our stay who couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and help with any questions."
