The property is a beautiful villa in the middle of olive fields. The staff is very polite. the security box in the room did not work and it was never fixed during our stay. The hotel is at least 30 minutes drive from Florence. so even if it was a beautiful property it is not very practical is you are planning to visit Florence.
If you like the mountains and be away from anyone, this is the place to stay. Property is a bit old and not well maintain. TV options limited. Internet speed very slow.
The hotel is situated on top of a mountain. The view is spectacular. The room is quite big. Bef is comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. It is quiet and relaxing. 20 min ride by car to Firenze. Nice breakfast.
