"Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. Food and wine is wonderful throughout the hotel. Rosmarino restaurant in particular is amazing: try the grilled tuscan chicken with a tomato salad on the side, you won’t regret it! I honestly can’t think of any negatives. We will certainly be back again!"

"Unforgettable experience! Gorgeous scenery, we spent so much time just relaxing by the stunning pool and taking advantage of the poolside bar. The best hotel breakfast we had in Italy, included daily. The staff were so helpful and kind. They truly go the extra mile. My only minor critique is that the air conditioning was weaker than expected but we were also there during a heat wave! Staff helped remedy the situation with a fan- thank you! We will be back!"

"The very clean room that I stayed in was very large and perfectly appointed extra pillows and blankets were in the closet closet. It was a very comfortable room windows had room darkening curtains. Excellent for night sleeping. The bathroom was superb with a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a bidet toilet, and the shower was supreme. In addition to the toiletries that were left you would not be disappointed if you book a room at this hotel, the breakfast and staff were great room cleanings occurred every day staff at breakfast. We readily available to prepare anything that you wanted in addition to the buffet style that had consisted of eggs, toast, croissants, plenty of fruit, variety, meat, cereals, coffee, tea, among many other things you could not complain about the breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing to a degree was parking you had to park outside of the city limit and you are assigned a certain spot to park at fairly near to where your hotel would be. You were allowed to drive up to the hotel for luggage loading and unloading, I would certainly recommend this hotel."
