First off, this is a medical wellness spa as well as resort. So there’s a vintage hospital feel , which we happened to love. The staff was kind and tolerated our lack of Italian. The fixe-prix dinner was great! And breakfast and spa access were included. No restaurants nearby on weekdays and you need a car to access

I asked before I arrived for help with transportation. It was very difficult. Every time I called from the Venue we went to, to try and get a ride back to the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Who ever was answering would not respond on the other end and hung up. Leaving us basically stranded. Very poor communication!!!!

Komfortabel termobad hotel med sjarm

Komfortabel hotel med sjarm. Style er fra forrige århundre med noe innslag fra 1980 men du kommer ikke her for det. Vi overnatter på vei til Toscana og fikk en god natt søvn samt inngang til termobad med beskjed vi kunne være så lenge vi vil. En ordentlig hyggelig velkomst og opphold. Frokost holder italiensk standard.

Jag tycker hela anläggning var väldigt sliten. Fönstren var ruttna gick inte att stänga och allt kändes daterat 80 talet. Hoppades att restaureringen skulle leverera bra och pastan var ok men inte mer och efterrätten var så dålig så vi blev tvugna att reklamera den, pinsamt

Freundliche Menschen - veraltete Infrastruktur

Fangen wir mit dem Guten an: Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Der Service im Restaurant ist freundlich, was hier noch besser werden kann ist noch mehr Achtsamkeit auf den Gast und die weine richtig temperieren. Raumtemperatur beim Rotwein ist zu waem, insbesondere da der Speisesaal wenn überhaupt nur minimal klimatisiert ist. Damit wären wir dann auch schon bei dem Punkt, welchen ich als nicht akzeptabel empfinde: Die Klimaanlage war am Ankunftstag bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur abgeschaltet. Da die Klimaanlage zentral geschalten ist, wurde sie erst nach eingängiger Diskussion und Reklamation am Folgetag eingeschaltet. Nun, das machte keinen grossen Unterschied denn die Kühlung war minimal. Die Folge waren 3 schitzend warem Nächte und ganz wenig Schlaf. Für ein Wellnesshotel ist das inakzeptabel - der Erholungseffekt null. Schliesslich konnte auch die Infrastruktur des Hoteld und der Therme nicht überzeugen. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und kaum unterhalten. Schade. Trotz der freundlichen Menschen im Hotel kann ich hier nur 2 Sterne geben. Eigentlich wärs nur einer, der zweite geht ans Personal. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt wirds ein anderes Haus werden.

Nella stanza assegnata il bagno presentava muffa in diversi punti, la doccia era sporca. Al rientro in stanza si sono rivelate 4 cimici da letto. Ci hanno quindi cambiato la stanza di livello superiore sicuramente più confortevole e pulita ma nel frigo una bottiglia d’acqua era iniziata (a metà) e sotto il letto c’era una confezione di fazzoletti. La spa era vecchia e mal funzionante. Nella sauna la temp Max di 70 gradi, mentre nel bagno turco di 80. Il forno della piscina era marrone. Al ristorante servizio lento, dolci a cucchiaio non disponibili perché finiti. Costo una tantum ricarica elettrica auto 30€. Complessivamente, il servizio non vale la spesa e gli inconvenienti subiti.
